  • The data subject has the right to obtain:
    • the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of the data;
    • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    • the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfilment proves impossible or involves a use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right.
  • The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    • for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
    • to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Changes to this privacy policy The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by publicizing them to Users on this page. Users are therefore requested to consult this page often, taking the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom as a reference. In the event of non-acceptance of the changes made to the privacy policy – without prejudice to the User's right to deny consent to certain data processing methods possibly indicated therein – the User is required to cease using the site to which this privacy policy refers and may request the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data. In this case, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to the Personal Data collected up to that time.
